How often do you refill the Torus MAXI?

In our two-dog home, the upstairs Torus MAXI is refilled about once a week. Jax and Mac also have a plain stainless-steel water bowl downstairs, so that timing reflects our real multi-bowl setup.

What is the difference between the Torus MINI and MAXI?

The MINI holds 1 liter or 34 ounces and works well for smaller pets, cats, and travel. The MAXI holds 2 liters or 68 ounces and is the better fit for larger dogs, multiple pets, or a main home water station.

How do you clean a Torus water bowl?

Every wash, we use hot water and a small amount of Dawn dish soap, then shake it through the inner reservoir. Every few washes, we rinse the inside more thoroughly or use the Torus cleaning tablets.

Is the Torus water bowl worth it for two dogs?

It has been worth it for us because the MAXI reduces repeated refills at home and the MINI stays ready in the trunk for travel. The tradeoff is that the inner reservoir needs more deliberate cleaning than a plain open bowl.
